How long will delivery take?

After the placed your order should expect to receive orders within five (5) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

How do I cancel an Order I have placed?

If the delivery has not taken place, please contact easybay immediately to cancel your order.

Our team also provides a 7 day return policy, so if you are not satisfied with the product you may choose to return it. Please refer to the Return Policy.

No Refund policy is available for Daily Deals.

How to get an Invoice for ordered Item?

You receive an invoice for each order placed in our team with an e-mail whose subject is “Your easybay order receipt from by date”.

If you cannot find this e-mail in your Inbox, please check inside your SPAM folder. Please note the invoice is sent in a separate e-mail from the one in which you receive your Order number.

How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?

Your data will be handled confidentially and encrypted with SSL (Secure-Socket-Layer) secure server software. The encrypted information of your order, your name, address, credit card or bank details cannot be read by any third party.

How Can I Change My Shipping Address?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into to your Sample Store account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
